in pvp, you shouldnt rely on arcane echo/echo. Drain enchant, interrupts, etc.
Next you have a monk trapper with peace and harmony? wtf is that..?
You have barely any healing, your team would get owned by any kind of pressure team and well, anything. Energy Tap and Watchful Spirit on your monk.... c'mon.
The idea might be okay, but you need some more pvp experience.

im thinking about just making it a ranger with empathetic removal/flag running
energy tap is a bit farfetched i know... i prefer something like ether signet...
watchful spirit kicks butt against pressure teams... and dont say i dont have experience thats really rude. especially since i was in the top 15 guild (which disbanded...) so dont go around saying junk liek that.

Your build sucks. Sorry.
What top 15 Guild were you in again?
I might actualy take some time to respond to your entire build in full later, if this topic isn't locked for being complete trash.

Its a good concept...but as said, it hasnt been set up effectively.
To start, Attunements, Echo, and Arcane Echo=bad. That is all.
Ether Prod on the eles, change the Rt/Mes to Rt/Mo and use Aegis on each, each using Signet of Spirits for energy management.
On ele 1, drop Attunement for Ward/Foes, drop Crystal Wave for Obsidian Flame if you can manage exhaustion decently. if not, use Glyph of Energy instead of Ether prod. Drop Glyph/lesser energy for Ward/stability. Also, switch him to /Mo and use Heal Party if using Ether Prod, if not, keep him Assasin but use Return and Dark Escape for leet kiting.
On ele 2, drop earth completely. switch him to air, with Ether Prod, Lightning Orb, Blinding Flash, Gale (again, if he can manage exhaustion decently), Heal Party, Draw COnditions. Or, siwtch Draw for Extinguish and have him run flags.
On the Rt/Mo, switch him to a standard Communing Rit (are those skills as useful, if not disregard this and change him around to something different. just make sure you drop Remove Hex.) have him play in the bakline and relay run with either the E/Mo Air or the E/A if he is set as /A.
On your monks, switch one to a standard Blessed Light hybrid, and switch the other to a standard boon prot. have the BL take Spirit Bond and the Boonprot take prot Spirit, or vice versa depending on which monk is more familiar with each.
On a spike, your basic idea is fine. have the (now) Rt/mos spike with Lamentation or Ancestors Rage, while the Warrior unloads his adrenaline. the E/A will use Obsidian Flame if he is not flagging, if he is then disregard that. The E/mo should use Lightning Orb. That should be sufficient damage to kill, if not, Esence Strike should be decent enough to finish them off assuming you timed the spike correctly.
When possible, the E/mo should Gale the non-targetted monk to assist with the spike, before using Orb.
Count it like so:
3...(War prepares)
2....(Gale, Orb starts casting)
1...(War hits Eviscerate, Rit damage hits, orb hits. Essence/burn finishes the spike.)
In theory, it should deal just enough damage to kill against a mildly decent team. Dont even bother trying to farm the ladder with it.
Also, consider more viable setups before posting.

Attunes aren't bad, wtf are you saying? It just depends on build.
Back on topic, I 100% agree with Zui, I just thought it was a little harsh to put it this way, so I refrained from commenting :P
But seriously yeah, it sucks. Watchful Spirit is horrible, I have no idea why you say it's good vs pressure teams... maybe top 15 guilds like those you've been in get only one character pressured tho, I am not in a top15 guild atm so I can't say.
Draw Spirit is horrible, as soon as a character has the warrior on him he could call him on vent, so a PS or SB before the spike will solve. Then, your spike has a followup, so forget it, it's never going to work.
Next you have a warrior with flesh of my flesh... what's up with that lol. Might has well take a whammo with mending, balthazars spirit, rebirth and call him tank
Your blessed light monk is your only monk and he has nothing spammable, high energy cost spells and no e-management besides energy tap, which is a three second cast. Perhaps the playstyle is different in top guilds, but usually there's a ranger, warrior or a mesmer on the monk, especially if you have only one. I'm not sure he will be able to cast that.
Oh and you're not going to get lamentation nerfed, because it's horrible, just like this build. Sorry to say

Watchful Spirit at your spec is 12 HPE (both maintenance and dismissal.) How the hell is that "awesome against pressure"?

But, but, but... He was supposedly in a top 15 guild! So he knows best! I'm just supprised no one has really gone of on how he has no flagger(unless it's SUPPOSED to be the Mo/R, making the build even more laughable), and how that Monk/Ranger with Peace and Harmony and Traps is somthing you wouldn't even expect a total scrub to run in Random Arenas or Alliance Battles, much less a self-proclaimed top player...

While the build sucks indeed, and I do NOT believe he has ever been in a rank 15 guild (or he was in one for a day, then they found out), I do not agree with the Mo/R being sucky. It's a nice idea, and it's actually not so bad as they'll probably ball up. However, there is one thing I miss.
A) A flag runner. If it's supposed to be the Mo/R, you auto-phail. You should probably get rid of one of the A/E's and put a cripshotter or a Me/W runner in place for it.
B) Serpent's quickness. Mass healing twice every 30 seconds is NOT going to help you very much.
Oh, and creds for using a rit healer.
